Meth Found During Drug Raid In Acadia Parish
Acadia Parish Sheriff K.P. Gibson says they made another drug bust just outside Crowley after executing a search warrant.
Officers went in to the home in the 600 block of Conrad Road, and they recovered 44 grams of Meth, some Heroin and various pills.
Gibson says they are constantly working to make drug gusts.
Deputies also recovered five guns from the home, and they found money they believe was part of drug deals.
Acadia Sheriff's officials arrested 44-year-old Chad Steele of Crowley.
He was booked on several charges:
- Possession with Intent To Distribute Schedule II Narcotics
- Possession of Schedule I Narcotics
- Possession of Schedule II Narcotics
- Possession of Schedule IV Narcotics
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance
- Possession of a Firearm with Obliterated Serial Numbers and Transactions Involving CDS
Steele's bond was set at close to $100,000.
