In the latest edition of "The Lafayette Food Junkie Show," host Tiffiany Decou decided to speak with the woman behind the chef. Many times, Tiffiany interviews local chefs about their restaurants/food, but this time she decided to talk to someone who's married to one of our local chefs.

Katelyn Guillory Trahan is the wife of Dark Roux chef Ryan Trahan. Tiffiany and Katelyn discussed many of the misconceptions associated with being married to a chef.

Tiffiany also sat down with Blake Fontenot of The Sizzling Monkey about their new menu and Chef Tom Ramsey called in to talk about his cross country pop up restaurant.
