Morgan City Man Faces Cruelty To A Juvenile Charges

21 year old Dwayne Broussard of Morgan City is arrested and charged with cruelty to a juvenile. According to our news partner, KATC witnesses told police they saw Broussard outside of a medical facility shaking a four month old and slamming the child into a car seat. Witnesses got Broussard's license plate number as he drove off and notified police. After a review of surveillance video police arrested Broussard.
