New Iberia Police Working To Identify Robbery Suspect

A store in New Iberia at 1203 Main Street was robbed just before 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.

New Iberia police officials describe the suspect as a black male who is about six feet tall.

The man had a gun, which he pointed of the clerk at the store, and then the suspect ordered this woman to turn over the money in the story.

This man made off with money and the lady's purse.

New Iberia police say that the man had a jacket on with a small emblem on the left side of the chest. He walked in with a mask on his face, and hoodie.
