New Orleans Lobbyist Charged With Theft
65 year old James 'Jimmy' Fahrenholtz is under arrest charged with one count of felony theft, possession of stolen property and obstruction of justice. Fahrenholtz is a lobbyist in Baton Rouge and it's alleged that he stole a leather case file from the State Capitol that contained an iPad, keyboard case and various documents. Fahrenholtz denied knowledge of the theft but a search of his New Orleans home turned up the stolen items. He was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish jail.
