UPDATE: Little Boy Has Been Found; New Orleans Toddler Missing

Louisiana State Police says the little boy, Dedrick Dilbert has been found safe.
New Orleans Police say they have launched a full investigation:

Louisiana State Police says they have issued a missing child report after a toddler was reported missing at around 9 o'clock last night from an apartment complex in News Orleans.
State Police says the little boy is 22-month-old Dedrick Dilbert. He is a black male child with black hair and brown eyes, and he weighs 25 pounds. Dilbert is two feet tall.
The toddler was last teen wearing a diaper with his blue denim pants, Nike tennis shoes, and he was wearing a t-shirt with the letters "BORN TO BE WILD" in white letters on the front.
The last time his family say the little boy was at around 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the Garden Oaks Apartments in the 3800 block of Garden Oaks Boulevard.
