Seniors in Louisiana public high schools have some new responsibilities that they will have to add to the list of things to accomplish by the end of the year.

Beginning with the new school year, seniors public schools will be required to complete one of two forms to be eligible for graduation.

The Louisiana Department of Education are requiring that seniors complete either the “Free Application for Federal Student Aid” form, or have a “Parental Non-Participation Form” signed and returned to their schools.

There will be an information session at Northside High School on April 24th from 5:30 to 7 p.m. to inform parents and answer questions.
