Disturbing Video of Assault on LSU Fan Getting Police Attention

The viral video shows a man in an Alabama jacket putting his private parts on the face of an LSU fan who was sleeping in a restaurant on Bourbon street. The video was sent to the New Orleans police department, but they claim that they can't do anything until the victim files charges. University of Alabama officials claim that they will deal with any student involved.

A Loyola University law professor says that they can prosecute the Alabama fan for indecent exposure if they can discover his identity.
