Should People Be Ticketed For Driving Too Slowly?

The story came out of Maryland recently where a woman was cited for going 63 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone.  The problem?  She was driving that speed in the left lane.

While that might be understood on some level, it does make you wonder if people should be ticketed for going too slow.  What do you think?  Vote in our poll and let your voice be heard.
