St. Tammany Parish Rep and current candidate for State Treasurer John Schroeder faced-off with Commissioner of Administration Jay Dardenne about the budget.  The issue is spending versus revenue. For most people, revenue is Baton Rouge jargon for TAXES. Lawmakers agreed to a budget, but experts say mid-year budget cuts are likely again this year.
