You know you are in for a rare treat when you listen to Fox News Radio's Todd Starnes.  He has been at the Democratic National Convention all week and took time out to talk with us on the Afternoon Drive Home.

When he called in, Todd gave us a rundown of what happened at the convention yesterday,

You had the Democrats 'boo' God, you had a speech from an illegal immigrant, you had a speech from a grown woman who wants American taxpayers to foot the bill for her birth control and then you had a former President who was not only impeached but he fornicated in the Oval Office and he cheated on his wife.

Starnes commented further on the Democratic platform and made strong comments that they have a problem with having God in their midst.  He said they only have room for one deity and Starnes said, based on what he's seen around Charlotte, that deity is named Barack Obama.

Starnes also commented on the differences between the Democratic and Republican conventions, particularly pointing out that Democrats seem to think that government is the answer to our problems.  He also said that Bill Clinton's speech was one that went entirely too long and mentioned that most Americans were watching the football game rather than President Clinton.

Starnes was also kind enough to provide a weather forecast for us for Charlotte, particularly since the President decided to move his speech from the 74,000 seat Bank of America Stadium to an indoor venue that seats 20,000.

Starnes made mention that there was a large chance that they were not going to be able to fill the stadium.
