The trial dates have been set for a lawsuit against numerous drug manufacturers in Louisiana. In 2010, the Louisiana Attorney General's Office filed suit against more than 100 drug makers for allegedly illegally inflating prescription drug costs paid by taxpayers in the state. The drug manufacturers are contesting those accusations.

This is a practice Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell contends has contributed to the state's health care funding crisis.

The case will go to court on March 4th, June 17th and October 7th of next year. The separate trial dates will deal with different categories of drugs such as generic or brand name.
