It's looking like tomorrow will be decision day for Citizens Insurance. In an update to this story, the state's insurer of last resort is debating whether it should go to the U.S. Supreme Court after the company was ordered to pay $93 million after they took too long to begin handling claims for hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

State Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon says the plaintiffs have offered to settle the case, but he couldn't discuss details of the offer. Plaintiff attorney Fred Herman said he couldn't comment.
