Woman’s Body Found Near Grosse Tete

Reports that a woman's body has been found in a ditch near Grosse Tete has officials trying to confirm whether or not it is the body of Lyntell Washington, who has been missing since last week.

This story comes from WBRZ, who points out 39-year-old Robert Marks has been arrested in relation to the woman's 3-year-old child being found wandering in a Baton Rouge parking lot. But, he has not been charged directly with Washington's disappearance.

Police say Marks and Washington were romantic and that she was carrying his baby.
