Computer Fraud and Identity Theft in Ouachita Parish

A Ouachita Parish IT expert was recently charged with computer fruad, identity theft and obstruction. Michael Karl David of Monroe was illegally accessing a computer that was used for interstate commerce. Davis also accessed an AOL email account that was not his own. David faces a max of five years in prison and a max of 350,000 dollars for all charges.
