A man is accused of exposing himself to an elderly woman. Captain Kip Judice with the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office says the woman called 911 yesterday and told them when she went by her window the man pulled down his pants and exposed his genitals to her.

Police say as she was on the phone with 911, she looked out again to see if the man was still there, and she says he did it again. The woman lives on Bradford Street. The man, later identified by the woman and police as Jackie Wiggins, was believed to be at a home on Auburn Street.

Wiggins is in the Parish Correctional Center awaiting bond on an obscenity charge.
