‘Angels With Filthy Souls’ In ‘Home Alone’ Isn’t Actually A Real Movie. Who Knew?
"Merry Christmas, ya filthy animal" is a pretty iconic movie line and it's not even from a real movie!
Ok, I guess it's technically from a real movie because it is in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, but it's taken me 26 years to realize that the black and white movies Kevin watches were actually made for the Home Alone universe.
According to a post on YouTube, "Angels with Filthy Souls" is a gangster film made specifically for the movie Home Alone. A sequel to this film called "Angels with Even Filthier Souls" appears in the Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.
Mind. Blown.
