I recently shared a story about the most hated companies in America. It's not surprising that a cable company and a wireless phone company made the top 10.

Many of us have experienced poor customer service. An angry Florida T-Mobile customer recently expressed her displeasure in a unique fashion. She drove her SUV through a store window. The Palm Beach Post reports, 26-year-old Shinoba Montoria Wright went seeking replacement of her iphone with a cracked screen. When she didn't get satisfaction, Wright left the store, but returned the next day, driving her vehicle through a store window!

Once inside, she exited the vehicle and proceeded to smash displays with a squeegie. Wright then allegedly attacked a store employee with it.

She was hospitalized with injuries to her face & arms. Wright faces charges of criminal mischief, burglary, aggravated battery, and reckless driving. She told police she was having a bad day...
