Arrest Made In Joan Street Shooting

22 year old Desmond Divine Boutte is jailed and charged with first degree attempted murder. According to our news partner KATC, Boutte was wanted in connection with a Joan Street shooting this past Saturday. It's alleged that Boutte fired multiple shots at the 17 year old victim.
