Bayou Teche Trash Bash & Boogie Today

The T.E.C.H.E. Project will sponsor the Second Annual Trash Bash and Boogie at the Leonville Launch Saturday, March 22nd. This is a great opportunity to help clean up beautiful Bayou Teche, with live music and BBQ burgers afterward. The first 50 volunteers will get a t-shirt. The Teche Ecology, Culture and History Education Project started in 2009 in St. Landry Parish, and is intent on making Bayou Teche a healthier waterway for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, tubing and even swimming.
