In an interview on CNN's State of the Union, Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse said both parties have become "anti" everything. According to the rising political star, Democrats are too focused on being anti-Trump and Republicans being anti-democrat and anti-CNN. Sasse said the "anti" movement is not exciting enough to get voters to the polls. He made headlines this past week calling lawmakers "impotent" who pass along big decisions to other branches of the government- specifically how Congress ushers big decisions to the Supreme Court instead of legislating on behalf of voters.

Senator Sasse has ruffled feathers by going where many Republicans haven't been willing to since President Trump took office: conspiracy theories. Do you think this is the future of politics? Will relative newcomers define the way our country is governed going forward?
