Bossier Man Faces Five Year Prison Term For Bankruptcy Fraud
43 year old John M. Santoro of Bossier City faces five years in prison, three years supervised release and a $250,000 fine for bankruptcy fraud. Santoro pleaded guilty to one count of concealing assets during bankruptcy proceedings involving his catering company. After filing bankruptcy Santoro had a third party sell a pickup truck and catering equipment that belonged to him and did not disclose the proceeds at his bankruptcy hearing.
A sentencing date has been set for July 6, 2015.
