Budweiser has made a pretty sweet promise to America in an effort to encourage more people to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

President Biden's "National Month of Action"

President Biden recently announced his "National Month of Action" vaccination initiative. The goal is for the U.S. to reach a 70% COVID-19 vaccination rate by the 4th of July holiday.

Budweiser and July 4th go together like Cajuns and Bud Light, so they've decided to sweeten the pot. If the U.S. reaches the 70% COVID-19 vaccination goal, they'll give away some free booze!

At Anheuser-Busch, we are committed to supporting the safe and strong recovery of our nation and being able to be together again at the places and with the people we have missed so much. This commitment includes encouraging Americans to get vaccinated, and we are excited to buy Americans 21+ a round of beer when we reach the White House goal.

Anheuser-Busch will buy America's next round of beer, seltzer, non-alcoholic beverage, or other A-B product.

You need to be 21 or older to get your free cold one if the vaccination goal is met. According to Budweiser, all you'll need to do to qualify is upload a picture of your favorite bar or restaurant to social media using the hashtag #LetsGrabABeer.

How close are we to hitting the "National Month of Action" goal and getting a free drink from Budweiser? According to The Washington Post "half of the nation’s population has now received at least one dose of coronavirus vaccine." By those numbers, 20 million Americans would need to receive the vaccine to achieve the goal.

It's certainly doable given providers are administering about 1.1 million doses per day on average.
