MUMBAI, India (AP) — Relatives of the missing in Mumbai, India, are wailing and clinging to one another as heavy machinery lifts large slabs of concrete and dozens of rescue workers use smaller tools to access what was once a five-story building.

The collapse of the residential structure killed at least three people and dozens are feared trapped.

Sixteen people have been pulled out alive.
