Contestants will have to out eat the competition by consuming the most boudin in five minutes. The boudin will be supplied by Don's Specialty Meats as they will be onsite and selling various food items.

The event will be hosted by Cajun Harley-Davidson on September 22. “What better way to celebrate our Cajun heritage than by indulging in some of the best boudin that the city of Scott has to offer,” said Geoffery Hebert, General Manager of Cajun Harley-Davidson. “We want to personally challenge all locals to attend and compete in this unique day of fun.”

The event will begin at noon and will be free and open to public. Live music will be provided all day by Janke Train.  For more information, please visit www.cajunhd.com or call 337-289-3030.
