It looks like crawfish could be on the scarce side for those looking to have an Easter weekend boil. Louisiana Crawfish Farmers Association Director Stephen Minvielle says an unusually cold, dry winter stunted the crawfish growth. He says farmers are doing all they can.  Minvielle says the crawfish are also smaller than usual, mostly medium-sized.
