Excellent 2011 Cane Harvest Just Completed

On "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" today Jim Simon of the American Sugar Cane League said the harvest is complete and it turned out to be a great one.

Simon said dry weather made for a quicker harvest with less mud on the roads.  Traffic accidents were down and the sugar content was up due to excellent weather and new cane varieties.
