A truckload of jalapeno peppers from Mexico turned out to be even spicier than thought when border patrol officials found nearly 4 tons of marijuana concealed in the shipment. Drug sniffing dogs alerted agents during a secondary inspection. The seizure was made at the Otay Mesa, California border crossing. Agents found more than 300 packages of marijuana, valued at an estimated $2.3 million.
