A local Lafayette eatery is up for grabs.

Fat Albert's on the corner of Moss and Willow street is officially on the market and if you want a piece of the iconic fried chicken joint, the price is set at $375k.

According to KLFY, that $375,000 price tag clocks in at around $163 per square foot. If you're interested in purchasing Fat Albert's, the price includes the building as well as "all recipes and trademarks." The property has housed the Northside Lafayette staple for over 20 years with favorites that include catfish bites, rice dressing, fried okra, red beans and rice in addition to their famous fried chicken.

If you're interested in purchasing Fat Albert's don't go to the restaurant. Instead, reach out to Eric Schexneider and Hamilton Davis with Scout Real Estate.
