This week, I'm looking mostly at Power Five matchups, with one exception, as we look back at a former Cajun opponent

WISCONSIN (6-1. 3-1) (+14') at OHIO STATE (7-0, 4-0) 11:00 am FOX--Boy, this one had all the feels of a big time showdown...then Wisconsin really messed the bed at Illinois as a 30 point favorite.  Don't ever tell me trap games don't exist.  While the luster may have diminished, this is still a good matchup.  Wisconsin's defense will get a huge test in this one.  But, last week notwithstanding, the Badgers can play some D.  Could be more fun than you think.

LIBERTY (5-2) (-7) at RUTGERS (1-6)  11:00 am  BTN--Hugh Freeze's team hasn't lost since their visit to Cajun Field, and since he got out of the dentist chair.  The Flames won't secure bowl eligibility with a win, as they play a pair of FCS schools which necessitates seven wins, but they can take another step.  App and Georgia State already know what it's like to get a road win and steal someone's money in the process.  Rutgers is paying Liberty a million dollars for this visit.  It's the first of four straight road games for Liberty.

TEXAS (5-2, 3-1) (-1') at TCU (3-3, 1-2)  2:30 pm FOX--Texas has lost to LSU and almost lost to a former LSU coach, but the 'Horns managed to escape the Les Miles trap.  Speaking of LSU, Tiger fans should be rooting for Texas the rest of the way.  It's their marquee out of conference win.  Is another trap waiting, or are the 'Horns good enough to handle the Frogs on the road.

AUBURN (6-1, 3-1) (+11) at LSU (7-0, 3-0) 2:30pm CBS--Honestly, Auburn has led the Fighting Tigers slip through their fingers the last two years.  And, that might have the "other" Tigers pretty fired up for this one.  I liked LSU to cover a couple of weeks ago against Florida.  I'm not quite so confident on this one.  Oh, that 58 1/2 on the over/under looks pretty tempting, given the two offenses.  LSU should win this game, but Auburn will be ready.

NOTRE DAME (5-1) (PK) at MICHIGAN (5-2) 6:30 pm ABC--This is always a good rivalry game and this game should be a dandy as well.  Coach Khaki Pants is just 3-4 against the spread this year, while Notre Dame is 4-2.  That might be telling with the game a "pick it."  This could be the only game standing between the Irish and an 11-1 record.  That will give the Wolverines plenty of motivation.
