It’s finally here, the dreaded time change. Springing forward is difficult for many of us to adjust to. The good news is we get to have an extra hour of daylight. The bad news is that it takes a while for our bodies to adjust. If you’re one who loves your beauty sleep, it can be really tough. According to Real Simple, research from the Better Sleep Council finds that 60 percent of Americans need at least one day to recover from that lost hour, while about half of that contingent require at least three days.
