This weekend is going to be a dull one for Ragin Cajuns because the team is off this weekend. The Cajuns are still recovering from their 65-24 loss to Oklahoma State last Saturday, but ESPN 1420's Steve Peloquin says,

" I think the off week is going to do some good and will give them the chance to work on some injuries and work on some things to be ready for FIU. Keep in mind that these two teams were project to be the top teams in the conference, so an extra week of prep can do some good."

LSU does have a game this Saturday against Auburn. This is the Tigers' first conference game of the season and will likely be tougher than the games they've played so far this year. The Auburn Tigers are 1-2 for the season while LSU stands at 3-0. The game kicks off at 6:00 PM.

And the New Orleans Saints are playing this Sunday at noon against the Kansas City Chiefs with the intention of ending a two game losing streak. The Chiefs are also 0-2 for the season. The Sean Paytonless Saints are still having trouble getting tackles and bringing a defense that feels Saintsworthy, but hopefully, new defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo can finally get the team in gear and bring a win home for the team. Either way, one team is moving to 1-2 while the other falls to 0-3. The game can be heard on 97.3 The Dawg.
