A former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun offensive coordinator and current LSU offensive analyst has apparently landed a new job.

Jorge Munoz will reportedly join the coaching staff of the Baylor Bears as a receiver coach.

Munoz served as an offensive analyst at LSU for the past two seasons. He joins new Baylor head coach Dave Aranda, who was previously the LSU defensive coordinator.

Munoz will also join former Louisiana defensive coordinator Ron Roberts, who left the Cajuns earlier this week to become the new defensive coordinator at Baylor.

Prior to his time at LSU, Munoz was at Louisiana for 10 seasons (2008-2017), working under former head coaches Rickey Bustle and Mark Hudspeth.

Munoz was UL's receivers coach from 2011-2015 and in 2017, while also having served as offensive coordinator in 2016.

From 2008-10, Munoz served as the passing game coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Cajuns.

Prior to joining the Louisiana staff, Munoz spent three seasons at Eastern Illinois (2005-07), starting as receivers coach in 2005, co-offensive coordinator in 2006 and offensive coordinator in 2007.

Before that, Munoz coached at Charleston Southern (2004-05), Anderson College (2001-02) Southeast Missouri (1999-00) and his alma mater, Bethany College (1998).
