Forum For Lafayette Mayor/President Candidates Tuesday

The Acadiana Center for the Arts will once again be the venue as candidates for the job of Lafayette Mayor/President come together for a forum hosted by Downtown Lafayette.

Tomorrow night's event is slated to be held from 5:30 p.m. through 8:00 p.m., and questions will center around each candidates's position when it comes to Lafayette's Downtown area.

Officials with Downtown Lafayette say each of the five candidates will be part of tomorro night's event.

The five candidates include the following:

• Carlee Alm-Labar
• Simone Champagne
• Josh Guillory
• Carlos Harvin
• Nancy Marcotte

Organizers say that they are wanting responses from each candidate as to how they will address the wants and issues of Downtown Lafayette.
