Fox Radio News' Jeff Monosso joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today and said conditions in New Orleans are not as bad as had been predicted.  Monosso says street flooding is minimal.

According to Monosso,

"The multi-billion dollar project undertaken by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to rebuild the New Orleans levee system and completely redesign and rebuild the city's pumping stations seems to be completely successful.  There is very little street flooding in any area of the city."
