Glenn Fleming – New Gun Regs – Too Restrictive

Today Glenn Fleming of the Discovery Channel show "Sons of Guns" visited 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' to discuss proposed changes to gun ownership laws.  According to Fleming,

Assault rifles will be so harshly controlled that you will not be able to sell your weapon and when you die your estate will have to turn it over to the government to be turned into Coke cans or something.

These changes being proposed by Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein are in response to the massacre of 27 people in Newtown, Connecticut and Fleming said,

Ironically they made so much out of assault rifles because of the Connecticut shooting but the killer did not use an assault rifle, he used pistols.

Instead of two "evil" features being used to describe or define an assault rifle with the proposed legislation only one "evil" feature on a rifle could qualify it as an assault rifle therefore facing tougher regulation.
