How Should Shreveport Spend Federal Money Flowing to the City?
Shreveport leaders want to hear your opinion about how you think the city should spend millions of dollars flowing into our community from the federal government.
Mayor Adrian Perkins is holding listening sessions in neighborhoods all around the city to find out what are top priorities for local residents.
Shreveport is in line to get more than $48 million dollars from the American Rescue Act,
These community meetings will focus on four critical areas for Shreveport: public safety, infrastructure, economic development and technology. You can click here to fill out a survey to outline your priorities. You will be asked to rank the needs from 1-4.
Each of these community meetings will be held from 6-8 p.m.
