I-10 Widening Project Lane Closures Happening Over Next Few Days

Over the next few days, there will be more closures as DOTD workers continue the I-10 Widening Project.

• I-10 EASTBOUND from MM 104 to MM 109 will have nightly alternating lane closures on Thursday (8 PM to 6 AM) & Friday (8 PM to 7 AM). Additionally, the right lane of I-10 EASTBOUND in the same area will be closed NIGHTLY from 8 PM to 6 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

• The on and off ramps of I-10 EASTBOUND at LA 328 (Rees Street) in Breaux Bridge will be closed on Saturday at 1 AM until Monday at 6 AM. DETOUR FOR I-10 EASTBOUND TRAFFIC TRYING TO TAKE EXIT 109 - LA 328 in Breaux Bridge: Will be detoured toExit 115 - LA 347 (Henderson/Cecilia) then back onto I-10 WESTBOUND to Exit 109 - LA 328 in Breaux Bridge. DETOUR FOR NORTH & SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC ON LA 328 (REES STREET): Will be detoured to I-10 WESTBOUND to Exit 104 (La. Avenue) and back onto I-10 EASTBOUND.

These closures are in preparation for the upcoming I-10 EASTBOUND traffic switch from MM 104 to MM 109.
