Lane Closure Happening This Week On I-10 Atchafalaya Bridge

Work continues to install a new fiber cable on Interstate 10 this week. Beginning Wednesday, June 21, there will be a single lane closure happening Eastbound in the outside lane from MP 127 to MP 130 on the Atchafalaya Bridge in Iberville Parish.

Splicing will take place at the following mile post markers:

• 127.2 - 1 1/2 mile total lane closure - Wednesday, June 21, 2017 - Friday, June 23, 2017 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM Nightly
• 130.8 - 1/2 mile total lane closure - Thursday, June 22, 2017 - Friday, June 23, 2017 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM Nightly

This will last through Friday, June 23.
