Man Sentenced For Farting On Police
The purposeful flatulence continues to wreak havoc.
If Antonio Brown had been in Scotland when he seemingly farted on his doctor on purpose, there's a good chance he could have been sent to court for just that. While the doctor that he reportedly farted on is suing him for not paying his bill, there was apparently some Scottish criminal activity that happened as well.
That being said, Stuart Cook, a Scottish man who was detained by police after a traffic accident because they smelled weed on him, was eventually strip searched after he became irate with officers.
Back at the station, during the strip search, Cook was told to bend over.
At a previous hearing, depute fiscal Lucy Simpson described what happened next.
She said he “deliberately farted in the direction of the officer three times, stating, ‘how do you like that?’”.
Cook had previously plead guilty to possession of cannabis and to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting and screaming aggressively, displaying aggressive body language, making a lewd remark towards police.
For "intentionally flatulating" in the direction of police, he was sentenced to 75 hours of unpaid work.
