Man Throws Fireworks on Homeless Person Sleeping in New York [VIDEO]

Is this where we are as a society?

Watch as a man in Manhattan throws a lit firework on another man who is sleeping on a sidewalk. Apparently the man with the firework in-hand and those filming thought that this would be entertaining.

David Begnaud reported on Twitter that the homeless person suffered minor burns to the face and police were called to the scene.

No arrests have been made yet in this disgusting act of violence. I hope that this is an isolated incident, but sadly, when people see things like this, they too take part in the same actions.
