Morgan City Man Arrested
A Morgan City man is behind bars after running from police. Raymond Soumeillan, Jr. was arrested for Obstruction of Justice, Resisting an Officer, and Battery on a Police Officer. He was stopped after being seen putting a crack rock in his mouth.
