It's another day of shelling out more money for gasoline in Louisiana. The average price of regular moved a penny higher overnight to three-41 a gallon, some 42 cents higher than a month ago and 75 cents higher compared to the year ago average price of two-66. Triple-A says premium increased to three-65 and diesel climbed a penny to three-74.  Congressman Charles Boustany spoke with the KPEL Morning Team to talk about the rising prices.
