One Dead, Several Injured After Car Jumps Curb In Times Square

There are reports of one death and multiple injuries after a car jumped a crowded curb in New York City's Times Square. At this time, the NYPD says the incident does not appear to be terrorism related. The driver is being tested for drugs or alcohol. More than 10 people were taken to the hospital with injuries. Fox News is currently reporting that the area is blocked off at 45th Street and Broadway near the Nasdaq. One person associated with the incident is in custody at this time.

A witness says the car was driving in oncoming lanes before the driver drove up onto the sidewalk striking pedestrians.
