New Iberia Evacuees Return

Residents in New Iberia who were forced to evacuate their homes after an explosion and fire at a chemical plant were allowed to start returning home yesterday. Trooper Stephen Hammons says air quality test determined the area was safe for residents to go home. Hammons says the cause of the explosion and fire is still under investigation.
