The Lafayette Police Department arrested a second St. Martinville man connected to the fatal shooting outside of the locally owned restaurant, KOK Wings and Things.

KATC reported that 26-year-old Trevon Charles had been booked with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Corey Mouton and Jamir Carmouche were identified as the two fatalities involved in the shooting. Two other victims were injured and taken to a local hospital on Saturday.

This arrest comes after the arrest of Dylon Doucet, also 26 years old, who was booked on two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
