St. Landry Parish Authorities Still Looking For Accused Home Invader

A man accused in a home invasion nearly 4 months ago is still on the loose, and authorities need your help catching him. Captain Jimmy Darbonne with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office says Gerald Matt Jr. was one of three men who broke into a man's home in the middle of the night, tied up his son with duct tape, then took about $55,000 worth of stuff and his son's pickup truck. Authorities say Matt has ties in the Eunice area, but moves often. He's considered armed and dangerous.
