Evander Epps, Jr., age 24, 111 Murrell Lane, Ball, La, driving while intoxicated – 1st offense, speeding.  Arrested by Louisiana State Police.

Frank O’Neal Lahaye, age 34, 229 Seneca St., Port Barre, LA, felony theft, theft.  Arrested by Port Barre Police Dept.
