St. Landry Sheriff’s Office Looking For Rightful Property Owners
The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office wants to reunite property owners with their items as they still have numerous pieces of property after six residential burglaries.
St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz's Office says five of the burglaries happened in St. Landry Parish and one burglary was in St. Martin Parish.
They are trying to track down the rightful owners of the property.
Some of the items they are trying to return include:
- Outdoor tools
- Weed eaters
- Law mowers
- A bow and arrow in the case
- Skill saws
- Multiple tool kits
The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office wants you to know that if you have been a victim of a theft or burglary at your home or business in St. Landry or St. Martin parish recently you should call their office.

Detectives say you will be required to positively identify the items that may belong to you.
