Louisiana authorities file dozens of new child sexual abuse and animal abuse charges against a man already in jail.

A Louisiana man has been arrested after disturbing allegations of possession of child pornography along with animal sexual abuse.

Another man in Bossier Parish has been arrested for child and animal porn. Earlier this year in the same parish, a man pled guilty to multiple similar charges and was given no jail time.
